POEM: forsythia

I didn't force any forsythia to bloom
distracted,
spring beat me to it
now long arching branches
are studded with little yellow trumpets
small but noisy
blaring
they remind me that I forgot them
shouting
they herald change is inevitable
Time marches on

distracted

It is useful to try everything in practise anyway and I like that here it's always possible to find something new. :)

I read a article under the same title some time ago, but this articles quality is much, much better. How you do this?
